Since its inception, MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day has been committed to encourage Malaysians to understand the importance of having a complete breakfast before starting their daily activities. Starting your day with some breakfast will help you carry out and fulfil your responsibilities with dedication and enthusiasm, whether you are at home, school or at work.

This year, the location for MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2023 run has been set in Putrajaya. In addition, various interesting activities are being held such as the first ever MILO® Goodness Workout, health info activities with MILO® and many more energetic activities that awaits the participants at MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2023 Sarawak and Sabah!

The excitement of MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day 2023 in Sarawak will be filled with various energetic activities that will surely make your morning fun and meaningful. For your information, we will not have a run in MILO® Malaysia Breakfast Day Sarawak as we are introducing an exciting high energy mass workout session – MILO® Goodness Workout. It is specially choreographed for MBD participants combining dance and athletic moves. It will be a fun and exciting morning!

Don't miss the chance to taste the goodness of MILO® with malt barley, milk, and cocoa as well as important vitamins and minerals, so that you are always energized to start the day!
